Lighthouse EIP aims to assist the GSA team in not only meeting the challenges of COVID-19 head-on, but also to promote a healthier environment through sustainable best practices in infection prevention. Lighthouse EIP meticulously designs each customized Environmental Infection Prevention program to optimize material recycling, water efficiency, safe chemical use, and environmentally sustainable practices.

The Green Sports Alliance recently released their Ready To Play Playbook v1.2, a comprehensive document providing knowledge and expertise for creating healthy and sustainable re-entry plans in the face of COVID-19. The playbook features a Lighthouse EIP case study with a Major League Baseball organization on pages 10-11 that highlights the methods and practices used to establish the safest and healthiest possible environment for the re-entry of players, staff, and fans into the stadium.
