One of our clients, a multi-campus academic health system was struggling with their environmental HAI rates. With 2 million square feet of campus and 200 FTE’s, they were ready for a major change that yielded real results.
The Lighthouse team first completed a comprehensive full facility assessment, and with the results, developed and implemented their custom ongoing EIP management program. As part of our program, Lighthouse provided a temporary management team to install and train on their new operating systems, as well as Tracer EIP/IP software.
